1.1 Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by 360 reveal, a UK-based business offering 360° photography, virtual tours, and digital content services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1.2 Services

We offer 360° photography, virtual visit walkthroughs, virtual tours and hosting, plus Google Street View publishing. Specific service inclusions will be outlined in your quote or package.

1.3 Booking & Payment

• After your enquiry and discussion, a detailed quote will be provided.

• Please confirm acceptance of the quote in writing to secure your photography shoot in our schedule.

• A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.

• Any changes or additions to the shoot on the day must be requested by the named key decision maker or the named authorised person. Such requests should be discussed with the photographer then submitted on email.

• If additional work incurs extra charges beyond the original quote, we will provide a written follow-up outlining these costs. Approval of any increased spend will be assumed unless otherwise stated.

• The remaining balance is payable after your approval of the images via a secure online portal and before final delivery or upload of the content.

• Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly interest charge

1.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot may incur a fee.

• One reschedule is allowed free of charge for unforeseen circumstances.

1.5 Client Responsibilities

• Please ensure the premises are ready to be photographed on arrival - clean, tidy and accessible.

• Please ensure the removal of sensitive or personal items prior to photo shoot.

• With the overall aim to deliver the finished product within 1 week from initial upload into the secure portal, we request that photographs for approval are viewed within 24 hours of receipt, with any revisions required detailed in writing to 360 reveal within a further 24 hours.

1.6 Image Rights & Licensing

• Copyright remains with 360 reveal.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, commercial-use licence to use the final images and tours on your website, social media, and promotional materials.

• Images must not be resold or redistributed without prior written permission.

1.7 Hosting

• Virtual visits and tours requiring hosting will have this included in the quote and will be automatically be hosted for 12 months.

• Hosting renewals are available at a charge per month or year. A standing order can be arranged.

• We are not liable for outages on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, tour host’s platform).

1.8 Revisions & Updates

• Editing preferences such as colour saturation, vibrancy, nadir correction, and logo branding will be discussed and agreed with the named key decision maker during the quoting process.

• After the shoot, the photographs undergo a thorough professional editing process to ensure the highest quality.

• The edited images will be shared for your approval via a secure, password-protected online portal. At this stage, images may not be copied, transferred, or downloaded and remain protected under copyright law.

• Our goal is to deliver the final product within one week of the initial upload. To enable this you will have one opportunity to request revisions, which must be submitted in writing to 360 reveal within 24 hours of accessing the portal.

• Any additional revisions or updated shoots beyond this scope will be subject to a separate quote

1.9 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or downtime due to third-party platforms

• Client errors in uploading or using media

• Indirect or consequential loss from use of our content

Total liability is capped at the project fee.

1.10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
